Vegan Cashew Cream Caesar Dressing

Top your classic salad favorite with creamy homemade Caesar dressing.

  • Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup Vegan Cashew Cream

    • 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

    • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic

    • 1 Tbsp. olive oil

    • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast

    • 1 tsp. minced capers

    • 1 tsp. Dijon 

    • Salt and Black Pepper, to taste

    Preparation

    Combine 1/2 cup Vegan Cashew Cream, 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. each minced fresh garlic, olive oil, and nutritional yeast, and 1 tsp. each minced capers and Dijon; season with salt and black pepper.
